 This festival is facilitated 100% by volunteers.
We the volunteers embrace this opportunity to serve guru, vaisnavas and all souls who may attend. We are privileged to be of service and to do so together as a team, as a family. We welcome you to join us as a volunteer. We will do our best to encourage and facilitate the service you are inspired to offer.
Volunteering is FREE!. There is no additional charge for volunteering. Anyone who registers for the festival and contributes the usual registration costs is entitled to volunteer. Even the local volunteers who serve this festival for months in advance and full time at the festival are contributing regular festival and lodging costs. And many volunteers also donate in addition to their registration and lodging costs.

If you would like to volunteer for the opening day set-up team please arrive a day or two in advance and stay with friends you have in the area. This way you can start early in the moring Monday April 28. Similarly if you would like to volunteer for the take down team then please stay around Monday May 5 and leave a day or two later.
