Seva (volunteer service): We embrace this opportunity to serve guru, vaisnavas and all souls who may attend. We are privileged to be of service and to do so together as a team, as a family. We welcome you to join us and serve with us elbow to elbow to make this festival the best it can be, and to have the opportunity to associate with each other in service. We will do our best to encourage and facilitate the service you are inspired to offer. You have the opportunity to volunteer for some service below. Seminars: There may be several seminars at the festival. You can see them all in the Festival Schedule. The two Communications seminars require pre-registration. You can pre-register now using the form below or later via the seminars link in the left menu. There are two communication seminars. There is a free one from 2:30 to 4:30 PM Tues 4/29 thru Sun 5/4 during the festival at the festival site. And there is a three day intensive seminar festival, Monday 5/5 thru Wednesday 5/7. Both seminars are facilitated by Ananta prabhu from France (in English). The seminars are similar but different. Both seminars are based on vaisnava principles of communication using modern techniques.
The free afternoon seminar is designed for hundreds of participants to quickly build communication skills in interactive exercises with the people they most need those skills with. It is an opportunity for those of us in various service teams or local groups or families to get past some of what may be holding us back from being in real genuine communicative relationships and real teamwork. This is a free seminar for all festival registrants.
The 3 day intensive seminar goes much more in depth to allow each of us to much more deeply develop our communication and teamwork capabilities and more fully explore how both our internal and external communication may or may not be serving us and how to shift toward communication that better suits our lives. This seminar has a $108 registration fee.

Onsite Camping: $43 additional per person. There is a men's, women's, and family camping area. No tents, tarps, overhangs, sleeping bags or other camping gear are provided. Please consult the local information page for weather conditions. The bathroom is nearby in in separate building.
Onsite Dormitories: $43 additional per person. Dorm rooms are very simple and not spacious. There are 14 beds to a dorm (6 bunk beds). Pillows and bedding are not provided; please bring your own. The bathroom is nearby in in separate building. When you register below you will choose your bed time so that you can be grouped with others with similar schedules.
