  • Please let us know in your registration comments if you have any special dietary needs and we will see what we can do to accomodate you.

  • Would you like to serve the bhaktas? Volunteer to take responsibility for any meal and put together a group of your friends to prep, cook, serve, and clean up.

Kitchari (brown basmati rice, mung bean, and fresh vegetable indian style stew) with your choice of condiments (yogurt, chili sauce, lemon wedge), Pappadams, and fresh garden salad with your choice of Italian dressing or ranch dressing.

Dinner:

Asian stir fry vegetables and tofu with peanut coconut sauce, cashew rice (basmati or brown rice), and fresh garden salad with your choice of Italian dressing or tahini dressing. Almond cookies (whole grain and naturally sweetened.

Fresh fruit, yogurt (natural sweetener optional), Whole Grain Hot Cereal with optional whole cane sugar, hot herbal tea.

Lunch:

Nacho Platter: Black beans over a bed of brown basmati rice circles by condiments and whole grain yellow and blue corn nachos. Condiments include fresh tomato salsa (not hot), chile sauce (hot), sour cream, salad (cucumber, lettuce, black olives).

Dinner:

Shepards pie - a layer of texturized soy protein, then mixed vegetables (string beans, peas, corn), topped with mashed potatoes, served with tomato sauce, and whole wheat bread. Whole grain naturally sweetened cake for desert.

Chili and Rice (brown or basmati), whole grain corn bread, fried plaintains, mexican pumpkin pudding.

Breakfast:

Fresh fruit, yogurt (natural sweetener optional), Hot Buckwheat Cereal with optional whole cane sugar, hot herbal tea.

Lunch:

Baked potatos, yams, and winter squash served with butter or olive oil, yogurt cucumber raita (salad), sour cream.

Dinner:

Gauranga potatoes (curried potatoes in sour cream sauce), Quinoa, curried summer squash with panir (cheese cubes), tapioca pudding.

Dinner:

Indian style mung bean soup with greens and coconut milk, begali royal basmati rice with nuts and raisins, eggplant, tomato, peas, and panir (fresh cheese cubes) vegetable stew. Vegetable pakoras, chutney, and halavah (whole grain and naturally sweetened).
