If you would like transportation to or from the airport to the festival site please preregister here. If you do not preregister for your arrival pickup or return trip we may not be able to accommodate you at the last minute.
Please enter the date, time, airline, flight number, originating city, city or origin for last leg and destination airport, your cell phone number, and how many bags you have in the comments.
Following are the latest arrival times at the various aiports based on our volunteer schedules. We do not have any volunteers available to pick up anyone after these times during the festival. If you arrive prior to the festival we can pick you up anytime.
Gainesville Florida (GNV) 3PM
Jacksonville Florida (JAX) 2:00 PM
Orlando Florida (MCO) 1:00 PM
The rates cover the costs of the fuel and a little for vehicle maintenace only.
The rates are for one person with whatever luggage you have.
